Good to know before you book

Where sessions are held. Studio sessions are in North Miami / Aventura, FL. In-home sessions are within a 10-mile radius. Zoom sessions are held online.

Rescheduling. Monthly packages run on a 30-day cycle and can be scheduled flexibly within it. There are no late-cancel penalties: you simply reschedule within your 30-day window, based on availability.

Your health. Feldenkrais® sessions are educational and are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition or concerns about moving, please check with your healthcare provider first.
