About Your Teacher
I’ve been teaching and exploring what functional movement truly means for over 15 years. My path has taken me through Pilates, massage therapy, hands-on bodywork, and ultimately into the depth and sophistication of the Feldenkrais Method®.
I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, having graduated from an accredited professional training program in the Feldenkrais Method. I have continued my advanced studies through the IOPS Academy with Jeff Haller, where I completed advanced practitioner training.
What I’ve learned , and continue to learn, is that the more I understand, the more there is to discover.
Ongoing advanced study keeps me honest, curious, and deeply committed to refining not only my technical skill, but the quality of my attention. Because in this work, it’s not just what you know — it’s how precisely and thoughtfully you can perceive.
